In his role as V.P., IT Infrastructure & Operations Organization, Cliff has responsibility for all IT infrastructure architecture, design, program management, security, implementation, and operations supporting the corporation on a global basis. Areas of responsibility include desktops, software distribution and management, mainframes, processing environments and data center operations, voice and data networks including mobile devices, and tier 1 helpdesk operations.

For the past 13 years, Cliff has worked for AT&T and Lucent Technologies where he has held multiple management positions in the IT organization including application development for corporate applications and various infrastructure roles supporting global initiatives. Cliff has been involved in multiple mergers and divestitures and also led the year 2000 IT effort for the corporation. Prior to joining AT&T, Cliff spent 10 years at General Electric and Martin Marietta where he started as a software engineer and proceeded to hold multiple management positions in the software engineering discipline in the aerospace division.

Cliff holds a B.A. in Math and Computer Science from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts and has taken graduate courses at Rensselaer Polytechnic, Troy, New York in Engineering Sciences/Manufacturing Systems.
