Keith Dennelly Chief Technology Officer State Street Corporation Keith Dennelly is the head of SSgA's Information Technology Division, where he holds the title of Chief Technology Officer. His responsibilities include Application Delivery, Technology Infrastructure and Market Data Management. Keith has more than 25 years of experience leading technology in the financial industry. Prior to joining State Street in 1999, he served as Chief Information Officer of Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank for the Global Asset Management Services suite of businesses. Before this, he was Vice President of the Retirement Services Systems division of Prudential Investments, with systems responsibility for defined contribution, defined benefit administration, guaranteed investment units and Internet development. Keith also worked for The Bank of New York/J.P. Morgan Trust Company as Vice President of Investment Management Systems and Morgan Stanley & Company in a variety of technology-related management positions. PKeith has a BA in Economics from State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA from State University of New York at Albany.
